I called to request service on a loose meter box and broken supply conduit, they were excellant and professional on the phone. Arrived a little early, saw they couldn't do the work without first contacting the utility company. They called me immediately (I'm out of state) and gave me a status update. Robertson arranged for the utility company to come out to turn off the power, the utility company corrected the problem, and I was called immediately and informed of the situation and told there was not an additional charge. I love a contractor that works like that!

Since I was out of water, I was quite anxious to get help right away and I called them at 7:30 in the morning and someone was there in an hour. Every problem was fixed, the technician was lovely, polite and knowledgeable. I'd used Robertson's for my central air and heating system with good results but wasn't sure about their capability in plumbing and it was excellent. I'd recommend them highly.

It was supposed to be a 2-day job, but they happened to have 2 teams available on the 21st so they did it all in 1 day. They arrived on time, were exceedingly professional starting with each workman introducing himself by name and shaking my hand. They went right to work, wore booties inside my house, cleaned up when they were finished and took all the leftover materials away. Only a few pieces of blown in insulation were left in the driveway, but had it not been raining, would have been swept up. 2 weeks later, a Robertson's inspector arrived at the appointed time and did a thorough inspection of al the parts and all the functions. He even added a little coolant to help the climb three stories to the air handler (the tech's had put in the manufacturer's prescribed amount).. They are a little more expensive than some of the other a/c companies in the area, but I feel we got our money's worth. They provide extra service, warranties, and knowledge that all were helpful and appreciated. Oh, and their office staff is excellent too.

The estimator was a great guy. They really were not suited for the job that I needed done. They are more like a company that if something breaks, they come and fix it. I needed more of a plumbing contractor. An example would be if your toilet broke and you needed a toilet replaced, they would probably charge you a couple of hundred bucks to do it. They were using that same rate throughout the whole project when it was more extensive than what they were accustomed to doing. They were very, very expensive. It was a bad fit for the job.

The scheduler taking my call was extremely professional and helpful. The service man who came was professional and knowledgable and even did a bit extra while he was here. I was very pleased and it is reassuring to know we have someone to call on should we need them.

They are wonderful and we've used them several times. They are always on time and they call us the day before to remind us that they are coming. Their people are well trained and give us a lot of hints on how to make the heating system run more efficiently. They advised us not to turn the heat pump more than one or two degrees because it makes the heat pump work too hard to get the temperature back to where you want it. They are very friendly. They have never fixed anything that we had a problem with later. I think their price is comparable to others and we will definitely use them again in the future.

We are generally satisfied with them. They were generally on time. We have worked with them five or six times, so my memory is probably blending together a little bit. I do remember that one time they weren't going to make it on time, so they called to let us know they were going to be late, which is sometimes unusual with companies.

Techs have always been on time, or called if running late. They have explained what they were doing in great detail and answered all of my questions. I tend to think the more experience techs are best but all have been nice and professional.
